Hi all,

I have decided to buy a Fiat Grande Punto 90HP. This just as I was going to buy a Hyundai i20 CRDI. Thankfully I took a test drive and compared both cars and my decision changed. I was looking for a powerful diesel hatch - driver's car but definitely non fussy. And O boy, Punto 90HP is such an easy car to drive - as easy as my Alto or a Honda, while the i20 there is always some tesnion to keep it under control because it is jumping here and there.

I am just waiting to visit the rest of the showrooms and see what deals I can get and check to see if I want to take company lease or go on my own. I think I'll own it as I need to do mod from time to time.

I am getting so confused is about colour. I really wanted the "electric blue", but it is not available in 90HP. Next I think is Bossa Nova White, but I like the Exotica Red also, but then it is like feels little bit "hot on a sunny day" !!! I think I'll put the official Fiat red decals (thin one). At some point I had decided for "Tuscan Wine", but it will be dificult to maintain and then decided "Fox Trot Azure", but that color changes so much under the sun. For now it is Bossanova White. Sometimes I feel there should be some shade and color and not just plain white when I am spending so much money. Like - life me kuch rangeen honaa zaruuri hai .... :mrgreen: This is a very difficult decision - I mean the colour choice.

Another thing is that I need some info about ICE mod that I'll need to do, so I posted a new thread there in the forum.

Bossa Nova White is a awesome color for Punto but i think Minimal Grey gives it a more futuristic appeal.

 

Thank you all. I think finally I decided for Bossa Nova White. Right now I am in talks with various dealers for exchanging my Alto. By this weekend I'll decide the dealer and pay booking amount.
