Why would you want to replace the seat?
Did any of its functioning got deteriorated or not working at all?
From the photo, it looks to be in good shape.

There are some parts available at 99rpm (Link). Have you checked this?
Did you contact FASS? What did they say?

Mine is not a height-adjustable seat as of now, the photo which I have posted is just copied from some other site for a reference.
I am a tall person.. for me, it's a bit difficult to use a normal seat.. that is the reason I am looking for a height-adjustable seat upgrade.

I consulted with FASS, but they refused to do the same (informed me they will not do such modification works). So I am not sure the new seat can fit properly in my active model even if I purchase the parts. Also please suggest what all parts I supposed to buy from 99rpm.

99rpm sells fresh parts, you could just send a mail to them to see if they can get you a new one. This will clear your confusion for those parts necessary to be purchased. Mind that, it would be very expensive.

You could also get a height adjustable seat from scrap dealers who sells used parts. Or those who dis-assemble a car sell by parts.
Just search in FB or google and you could see many selling them. Also check with your local FNG, which deals with Fiat cars. They could help you connect with their known sources.

Another method is to talk to an upholstery shop, who could get a cover to your current seat, with some extra cushions to further add the height. I have heard that this works for some. You would still miss height adjustment, but this could be an easy option.
