    Hi All ,

I had problem about headlight and I was searching headlight clarity kit.
Replacing palio stile head light is very costly.
I find 3M headlight restoration and did it.
Check the result in images. I am very satisfied and I spend only 1300/- Rs for both side.
This service is available in 3M service center

This is fantastic! The headlights of my Linea have gone brown and I was thinking of replacing the assembly. Hope I would not have to do that now.
Thanks a lot for the info.

Nice results. Can you share the process and more details about the kit?

I did something similar for a set of headlights I got FOC. Raw materials cost me hardly Rs20

Forgot to take before pic of the headlight below, but both were of the same shape since they came out of the same car.

    Both headlights done

There is an easy way and there is a hard way :D. I know only the hard way, sadly.

All it took me was 1/4 sheets of 600grit, 1500grit and little bit of 3M Fine Rubbing Compound. And a lot of rubbing and sanding ;)

^^ That is the hard way I know. I would have gone upto 2000 grit wet.

Well I've Used megs 105 and Mothers Plastic polish with a rotary and DA respectively post the 3M rub down, negligible difference. So no pics ;)

EDIT : Vinod, this process will remove an outer layer of plastic and protection of your headlight. Your headlight although looks brand new now, will start to yellow much sooner. Just be ware.

I have a problem with headbeam adjuster in my punto 90hp. it always sets itself to zero even though change it to 1. after a while it starts fluctuating from 2 to 3 and then back to 0 and switch stops working. any idea how can i fix this.
