May be my review writing gone wrong with luck.

My beauty met with accident yesterday...I missed to write "Touch Wood" in above write up...

While taking reverse with electricity pol rear boot & bumer got damaged.

Imeediately given for repair. Estimated damage to pocket is 5,000/-.

And as this happened and as marked in review this I took as opportunity to do some exterior modifications.

    1. Front Grill : Black
    2. Roof Top : Black.

Hopefully will recieve my car on Wednesday.

I am the newest member of this community (as of now- i guess so), and for a news I have finalized 1.3 MJD Punto Emotion - White. :p

I have few issues to ask @ anicaution, as experience is always respected. But before that I will assure you that I will still go with my choice.

Issues I have observed in TD:-
    1. Engine noise increases when speed crosses 80+ kmph. I switched off AC & music again & again to confirm.
    2. The leg space for FRONT passenger & even for Driver is less in terms of width, may be because of wide middle control panels.
    3. Many reviews talks about gear shift and long clutch travel. It is true?

    pls comment.

And I wish, FIAT team comes up with more nos. of dedicated workshops/ garage so that after sales service problem gets nullified. :up

    Welcome aboard, smilinganand

@anicaution - sad to hear about the incident. But, once you get your car back after repairs, she will be as good as earlier.

  7. 1)For 75 Hp owners sound comes only above 100kmph,not much noticeable with good music..For 90HP,its above 130 kmph...
2)Leg space in front is the best IMO,perfect is what I would love to call it as...Try Figo,Swift and then again try our punto, you will notice the difference.
3)Gear shifts are notchy during the initial kms,but it gets better with the running...Clutch is long, but its butter smooth...You will simply love it,shouldnt be any prob, except that short people need getting used to it...

Sad to see that your ride banged the electricity poll.

Hope, it will be back to its glory soon.

Consider, fitting reverse parking sensors, they will make the job of reversing breeze.

I am already having reverse parking sensors.

And I didi this magic with this...ha...ha...

Over confident for covering distance...as displayed 0.2 M still to object....

I never came across noise of engine around 100 Kmph with my 75 HP...

Same thing happened to me also with parking sensors I was little suspicious with the distance it showed so slowly backed up even after it said stop but the damage is not that much as you had. No dents. But two minor paint scratch measuring the thickness of ball point pen dots. But the rear bumper misaligned a bit over the rear wheel. I think can set right by removing and refitting the rear bumper.
