I got 20 kmpl during my 350 KM run this weekend, mostly highway. Average speed 80.
Its very subjective to the traffic especially in indian conditions...
But here it goes.. I usually get about 13.5-14kmpl in pure city driving conditions.(with moderation of AC)
on the highway I've got about 16-17kmpl (with AC) and cruising beyond 120kmph
Here are the numbers for my recent Pune-Guhagar-Pune roundtrip. (sorry for the poor quality mobile pictures. Will use better cam next time)
(AC was on for 80% of the time. 2 people in the car with moderate luggage.)
Also on the same journey, on the Pune-Satara-Umbraj stretch of NH4, I drove with a light foot(basically tried to be on or below 80) and here are the numbers: (AC was on for 80% of the time. 2 people in the car with moderate luggage.)
A one day trip yesterday through the traffic infested highway from Trivandrum to Ernakulam and back got me these figures with AC on all the time, car occupied by two adults, two kids and moderate luggage.
My recent round trip of Hyd, returned me good MIleage... of 18.2 Kmpl for 986 Kms: AC ON for about 600Kms.consistent above 90-120 Kmph
Bought 2012 Linea MJD Emotion in the month of march,
The Mileage readings show around 18 km/l. Can I go by these figures? I mean, are these readings accurate? Or full tank method is preferred to this? Anyone compared the full tank method readings to the one displayed in the MID? Any major variation found?
those reading on MID are correct.....
FUll tank method was once upon a time
Okay. I'm getting a decent mileage then.
mine is just a month old and clocked around 1200 km....i get an FE of 14kmpl...100% in city with AC on all the time
i have a doubt regarding the units that my MID displays it shows Ltrs per 100 km....do i need to change the units for getting the mileage directly in kmpl...or the 2012 model has got this change.......please enighten me on this
