Finally I got my sunfilm removed.
My sunfilm was pretty dark, so I was planning anyway to have it removed.

Payed Rs 350 to a local sticker shop guy.

Even though, there is no sign of implementation in Chennai, I am worried. As a frequent traveler, I don't know where I will be caught by the cops. I should also seriously think about removing the sun film.

why did you get it removed when it was 70% / 50% ?Its legal right?
  8. This is only Public interest litigation turned against the the interest of Public.
  9. Ramesh ,
I believe that in chennai , the route that I take daily to office ( Pallavaram - Kamatchi hospital) is having the highest probabilty to get this implemented ( if they are planning to ) .And as of now I can see that daily they are busy catching 2 wheelers without out helmet. I am taking my chances .I wish atleast they make some announcement regarding the the date that they are planning to get this implemented in chennai ..
