its a small 1-2 inch crack on the outer plastic and not a chip. Will try to post pics.came across some glue online to mend the tail light cracks (http://cgi.ebay.in/GLUE-GUN-Pack-10-Glu ... 3f0730e94d). Any idea about the product guys.
Thats glue gun, generally used in packaging stuffs around or for crafts. Why do you want to use that, why not feviquick.
The one you have mentioned will not work properly. Try the link im givin. They are the best possible solution or ny other similar products. Best one would be the windshield glue, ive seen people using them and they really work.

I've received a crack in the brake light (left) recently when a bike hit me from behind.
Has anyone solved such cracks using glue?
Should have caught the bike rider & ask him for new brake light. ::T
It is not entirely his fault.
The car in front applied sudden brake, I too did. The bike guy following me could not complete the braking.
He should not have followed me in the fast lane... But, most of the bike riders don't care for the lane.. they just push to wherever they have space.
After sticking tge broken plastic parts with feviquik wrap the tail lights with smoke vinyl from any accessories shop will cost you about 1200 and itll also look good.Atleast the crack wont be visible and water or dirt wont enter the taillight assembly.
