First issue

    Got the vehicle back from Ramkay.
    I asked for detailed explanation on why this happened. They said they are forwarding the case to FIAT team and will provide me with diagnosis once they hear back from them. (Not sure if they would ever share).

    They said the threads on the foundation bolts were cause ,
    Rusting is no way as it is only 4 months old and I checked when they were changing the bolts and no sign of rust
    over tightened is the only cause I see here ,

    Good to know it is resolved.

    Enjoy the car now. This was definitely an one off incident and I don't see any reason to be worried anymore.

    What exactly did they "forward" to FIAT? The broken bolts, photographs?

    Edit : Coolant top up ? Had the level gone down ?

    Yes , I definitely agree this is one of of rare incidents which happened, I am happy that the response time is damn good. Service I would say they are improving day by day.

    They will be forwarding the broken bolts photographs and the broken bracket
