Fiatian has arrived!!

Hello FIATians,

I now feel I have arrived! TFI it is... Firstly I would like to thank the owners/founders/mods and anyone else responsible for making TFI happen.

I am Karthik Makam, a 30 year old software engineer by profession. I hail from Namma Bengaluru. I am also a co-founder of the Fiat 1100 Club Bangalore [FCB] along with Arun1100, Sujith1100 and Karthik1100. Thank you klub class for getting us here. I now feel very proud of being here. Many might already know that my fellow co-founders are all banned from tbhp. Reason being fanboyism for FIATS :confused . We buggers never let down Fiats on any threads. Be it the good old 1100 or the latest Punto/Linea. We are that die hard fans where we cant see Fiats being down any time any place. The only reason I did not get banned was I did not have 1100 attached to my alias like Arun, Sujith or Karthik MB. Some mods really got personal to them :hit

Anyways, some of the cars I own as of now are:
1973 Premier President [1st model of Premier]
1996 Premier Padmini S1 [Last model of Premier]

A bit OT here:
1991 Premier 118 NE
1992 Premier 118 NE
2003 Maruti 800 MPFI

Back to the topic:
I am also very very excited to state that I have booked for a 2010 Fiat Palio Stile 1.3 SDX, exotica red. It is expected to come home somewhere during end of September or early October. I really hope Fiat delivers the car to me as this is a made to order basis. I would be associated with the Fiat cars all my life. I am more ecstatic about the Palio since the delivery kind of co-incides with my marriage :dancing

Again, I have ARRIVED!

 

welcome Fiatian. Palio is a very good car. congratulations for that. its a pity Fiat India is not launching the refreshed version.

Those pictures are really impressive. Very nostalgic pics. We had a similar Premier Padmini at home. Thanks a lot for sharing those pics. Waiting for more from you...
