    I'm surprised, Although I never ever had any problems from ASC. Now only if Fiat uses this in all the advertisments :-?

    Again, how do you think till now this survey was correct (Fiat was at bottom last year). The person should learn basics of survey first, before commenting out to JD Power.
    And this is bound to happen, no body can accept the good things about Fiat. We all know though :mrgreen: .

    Ravi, actually I am not so much referring to his post. What you said is right.

    I actually meant how is the figure 'industry average' calculated? Add all the points and divide by 11?

    From the 2nd last spot its jump to the 2nd sport.That just shows how much effort has been put in.

    Tata and Fiat is serviced at the same place but Tata has a lower rating. My understanding is since Fiat builds better cars Fiat owners have lesser niggling issues which makes them visit the SC less frequently which is reflected in the overall satisfaction level. So if this is true Honda and Hyundai have more niggling issues than Fiat !! :lol:
