    This confirms our belief that the servicing is on par with other manufactures. But let us keep Fiat on its toes.

    Hats-off to Fiat for coming all the way to the 2nd spot. :up . For us this chart is not required to say we are getting good service, but I hope this chart reach the public.

    A bit confused about the Industry average. How is the average just below the top spot, I would have expected it somewhere towards the middle.

    I got a call from an external agency some time back don't remember which agency, but that was long time back, 4-5 months back, if not more. It took some 10-15 minutes I believe. They asked the rating for different aspect of the car like the performance, comfort (most of the parameters we discuss here), service quality their infrastructure, etc was also part of the questionnaire. If it was JD then I would like to have the comparison chart for the other parameters as well.

    I don't know what basis they do these surveys, but since Maruti sales most, the number of samples will be in proportion. Now suppose they surveyed 100 cars, and out of that they have to take ~50 maruti (maruti sales are ~50%) and since maruti owners gives very high score, the average score will be very high.

    Now we all will see all other owners, starts cribbing about JD Power's authenticity. Same as Hindistan Times survey http://www.teamfiat.co.in/fiat-india-news/143-simply-ahead-punto-linea-ratings-based-ht-survey.html, nobody beleives that most of the customers are happy.

    good to see Fiat in top three. but this has to be maintained for a prolonged period of time. that will in turn show on the sales charts.

    Great News..!! I am Surprised as well as Happy, that FIAT has Cracked the most negatively discussed part on themselves the A.S.S. Great Going :up

    The other Manufacturers would have had a shock of their liftetime to see FIAT on the Second Spot ::D Really Fantastic fightback, as far as the Survey Figures goes. Hope the same will reflect in the Sales Charts Soon..!!
