FIAT LINEA SCALE MODEL

On 3 May 2010, I got my Fiat Linea Jr delivered from Italy. On 20 April 2010, I paid to Carmodel.net Euros 44.14 [including Euros 18 for shipping] using my PayPal account. An amount of Rs 2737.16 was charged to my credit card account. Within two weeks, I got my micro Fiat Linea delivered at my home! I am very happy to get the micro Fiat Linea in FTA, the same colour of my macro Fiat Linea. Here are some photographs.

I read somewhere that Norev is named after his owner's wife, Veron, spelt backwards. Perhaps, Ramalinga Raju, now in jail, got this idea from Norev's owner while naming Satyam and Maytas! This model has been designed in France, but made in China!

Thats a fantastic news Ravi. Is there any difference between the model available in India through Fiat dealers and the one you bought?

I can clearly see its a left hand drive car, but I don't see any indication on the back of the car, which we normally see here. :mrgreen:

The one available with Fiat dealers is a cheaper & smaller toy model without mount and show-case. Secondly, it is not available in FTA.

 

i did check this out at Concord.. But they werent ready to sell it it was just on display

 

Nice one.I like the pic in which Jr. and Sr. linea are there.

 

It was available at Concorde Motors, Bangalore, when I visited there on 7 March 2010.

I have a scale model which i have proudly kept at my office desk.

I got it free from Concorde Chennai last August. FIAT had organised a Car & Coffee meet at Chennai and i won this in the quiz competition :mrgreen:

Unfortunately the colour is F.Red whereas my car is in Vocal White. Never mind, whoever enters my office, looks at it with envy :dance
