Hi All, have one question regarding the light failure warning feature. Does the warnig come up if the front fog lamps fails? I had got no warning light when my left fog lamp failed. Thanks, BAK

I think there is no warning on MID for headlight, front fog lamps and front parking light bulb failure.

@Jishnu- AC in all Fiat cars (Punto, Linea) is the same as that of T-JET since October 2010. Fiat Linea MJD also got brake upgrade along with T-JET. The front brake calipers and brake pads are same as that of Linea T-JET.

    EXTERNAL LIGHT FAILURE (amber)
The warning light will come on when a fault to one of the following lights is detected:
    – side/taillights
    – brake lights
    – rear fog lights
    – direction indicators
    – number plate lights.
    - even for headlights and park-lights [ the manual doesnt state dat ] (personal experience)

Dont know y they forgot the front fogs ???

The only logic that explains it is that front fog lamps were not provided in the "initial" active version of Linea whereas rear fog light was provided in all versions. Headlamps have a warning as these are also associated with follow me home feature.

@PaddleShifter I bought my car in Dec2010 but its a June-10 manufactured Punto90hp model . Does it mean that the A/C would not have been upgraded ?

I think you have older AC just like mine June 2010 76hp. There is a way to check. I have a thread in Fiat India news, titled "2011 cars now even better". Check radiator pic of 2011 vs mine. You'll come to know. BTW AC upgrade was applicable only for petrol cars.
