Ramjn, its noted by many that ride quality is affected. But when the car is full of adults the suspension setup works pretty well. Maybe it is tuned for some extra weight capacity along with height adjustment.

It wont surely be as good as the old suspension. BTW, me too have kept the old suspension aside. Incase, the roads improve. ::D

Yeh. I understand. After driving my car for 55,000 kms in the old suspension setup, I am so addicted to that kind of ride quality. I am already missing that. :(

@ramjn after having driven a gem of a suspension for 55k kms, am sure no one would be happy with raised GC. However, just wanted to check if you replaced the rear springs or just 4 struts and anti roll bar ?

It normally involves 2 coil springs and 4 struts, anti-roll bars are optional. Some SCs suggest while others don't. Ramjn pls. confirm.

The problem is that in Mumbai speedbrakers appear out of no where. They keep digging roads for water pipelines, electric cable faults and what not; not just once, sometimes multiple times each year. There is no way a non-GC Linea can survive too long some nasty speed bump or pot holes.

But the lower GC is restricting me from Tawang & Leh (Via Manali) :( Btw how much you paid? GC kit & labour?

Four struts and rear spring alone was replaced.

However, the mounting pad was also replaced since it was making some noise.

@ ramjn: Uh Oh! How does she look now.....Like all post 2012 models?

Edit: Is the wind noise near the A pillar increased at high speeds, after this?

No. There is no such wind noise. But, there are lot more to share. Many negatives. One positive. :)
Will post a detailed review after some test.

I went for the gc kit almost 3 years back. My current odo is 64946. I have no regrets on my decision. I feel blessed whenever i go over speed breakers
