    Hi,

I am using Fiat Linea Emotion PK Multi Jet, 2009 Model. 32,000 KM.

I am having problem with my Turn Indicator. After taking a turn, the turn indicator automatically switched off. Sometimes (approx., once in 10 times), along with turn indicator, head light also switched off (Head light switch knob is still in ON mode, didn't turned to OFF mode).

I had checked with Fiat CAI service center in Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), they asked to me replace it. Also they quoted spare part price as Rs.7485.00 + Labour charge.

    My question is,

    1) For this problem, combination switch can be repairable instead of replacing it completely?
    2) Is that the price quoted (Rs.7485.00) for combination switch is correct?
    3) Where do i get the spare part price list?

    Kindly help me on this.

The car does not fall under warranty as of now.
Hope rafidheen has opted for extended warranty, wherein this could be covered.

Yes, it is in extended warranty.

I read the extended warranty booklet, they have mentioned as,

    Electiical system: (all models)
Starter monitor and solenoid, alternator, coil, wiper and washer motor, window motor, fan motors, switches and instrument cluster, relay, horn, a/c switches, cluster.

Here, switches means..? Is it included combination switch?

    Please clarify.

Well if your the sort who can argue till the roof drops then the more ambigious the information the better it will be to argue ;-)
Fight by saying that they have mentioned only 'switches' so there is a fault in your switch and let me replace it ;-)

    Bro,

Pls chk with dealer from whom the car was bought for the codes and for the EW you need the EW slip or booklet that dealer would have provided and you would be able to claim the EW no matter who the owner of the car.
