99rpm quotes 7,486 (with Blue & Me) : Combination switch for Fiat Linea

The non B&M version is cheaper. Maybe that's the one you heard about?

It's quite some time that I updated this thread. Was away on vacation for some time. However, I shall be brief in update:

Airbag failure message in MID & warning light glows issue:

The culprit was Clock Spring which is a part of Combination Switch. Here are the pics of the old Clock spring taken out of my Linea:

Windshield developed cracks, found it in the morning, may be a flying stone hit it as there is a small mark. I'll get it fied at Windshield Experts under Insurance.

The car runs like a charm. 87,000 kms. Over 4 years now.

    A Legend...............

A Legend was born in April 2009 when I first met her.</SPAN></SPAN>

    She is truly a Legend.</SPAN></SPAN>

She gives immense pleasure, a wide grin across the face on Long Drives, and I’ve had many such long drives.</SPAN></SPAN>

She is the Queen of Ride & Handling. She rules supreme in Steering feedback & pleasure to drive.</SPAN></SPAN>

She accompanied me daily in scorching heat, windy rains, cold winters….</SPAN></SPAN>

In a way, she became my soul.</SPAN></SPAN>

And on my part, I’ve left no stone unturned to keep her glory & youthfulness.</SPAN></SPAN>

She may have gotten disappointed by TASS/ FASS for not treating her well during illness or may be even Fiat for not ensuring tight pre-health check (QC) but I’m sure she won’t be disappointed with her owner on his ever-continuing effort to keep her Beautiful & Healthy.</SPAN></SPAN>

She is my Linea, Gentlemen. She truly is a Legend.</SPAN></SPAN>

This is one of the oldest Linea 1.4 threads - any updates...thread is useful but seems abandoned now.

Hope all well with OP and the car.

The Linea was sold last year and VahanPujari has moved on to a XUV now.

    Cheers.

Thanks for the update. Had guessed as much though as the OPs last post on July 9 does seem like a farewell post.

Maybe he could not bring himself to pen it down as a goodbye for this thread. Understandable.
