    This noise is from the belt on the drivers side. During monsoon with moisture + dirt during morning start it makes a sound and this sound disappears when engine gets hot.

    I don't know if the 1.4 uses a single serpentine belt or multiple belts.

    Best bet is to have it checked at the TASS whenever you go there. Till then just let it be.

    True. This noise is louder on driver side so it looks like it emanates from there. A driver said that it is because of AC belt or another belt beaneath AC belt. And yes, it has started coming in monsoon and mostly during start up.

    I also do not see any major issue and hence decided to let it be as it is. It comes sometimes and does not come otherwise.

    I think my Punto has a similar sound. It appears only at around 1300-1800 RPM

    From Video, it seems that Tambda Rasssa is a non-veg dish.
