No. I've not changed coolant recently. It would have been topped up in 45K kms service 3-4 months back

    Amit,

Check for coolant leak in one of the hose joints. I had a similar problem for a long time and was only recently completely arrested by the SC. The only other way coolant level comes down is if you use the heater. It will be a good habit to lift the bonnet at least once a week and check the fluid levels visually. I do it.

Yes. It happened with me also when my Linea was Brand new. For first 3 months coolant level continue to go down. TASC changed thermal resistor or sensor or something. Finally, they were able to diagnose very very minor leak in hose joints !

Happens due to the weak battery which would not allow the diagnostic/check tests to get complete.

I could figure that out eventually. I guessed it as quite a few time, when the cranking is not done fully, such message appears - I noticed this earlier.

"No Media" error again in Media Player ! Seems Media Library got corrupted. Took the Pen Drive and added a song. It would resolve the error tomorrow.

@Vijay if the battery is so weak to run the diagnostic checks, even there would be trouble cranking the engine right ? I don't think the diagnostic check would need so much battery power to run the checks. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Diagnostic checks require very less current and that is the reason why no errors are displayed when Ignition is turned to MAR the errors are displayed while the engine is being cranked which causes voltage to drop too much and the sensors don't get full current due to which they report false values which are then displayed on MID.
Once the alternator starts to supply current the error disappears.

Everytime I have used my music system for long with ignition on MAR and engine off I have been displayed those errors on MID (Cranking appears to be slow and takes 5-6 sec more than normal in MJD)

Precisely, Vijay. I felt of late that cranking is taking a second or 2 more.

Ok. here is the update. I tried disconnecting the battery on Sunday. No change. USB still say No Media. I tried again today while leaving office. No change. It still says no media. However, all the while MID shows EcoDrive ON, Eco USB in etc. That means USB drive/ slot is working. Blue & Me phone connection was also working. Only the songs were not played. One thing I noticed today is when I tried to reconnect the -ve terminal of the battery, there is a slight spark & a kat sound like a relay is activating. This was not there earlier.

I suspected Battery change may have caused audio IC to be blown. Went to the Battery guy just now. He checked with his testing bulb. The slight spark is still there & the bulb glows even if the key is out and there is no electrical system ON. He says there is a slight leakage in electrical system. I said earlier there was no spark when I reconnect the battery. We went into the car & tried. and lo behold! The Media Player started playing songs from USB !

Still the spark is there. Do you guys also encounter this slight spark when you reconnect the -ve terminal of the battery.

There should not be any spark while disconnecting and reconnecting the negative terminal of the battery with the ignition switched off, Amit. Many times, I did that and I didn't find any spark anytime.
