Got the coolant topped up. Sent driver to Tata Worli work shop. Even for coolant top up (which was down half way below minimum), they said they can't take car without the appointment. The earliest appointment available was 31st Oct !! Had to talk to GM, he got the coolant topped up. I wanted ParaFlu orangi'sh color coolant. My driver says they filled some blue or other color without taking any charge though I wanted to purchase a bottle !! Clutch was giving squeaking sound while release, they did not even look at it or oiled it, without appointment. I sent the driver from there directly to Fortune Sakinaka as they replaced the clutch. Got it done there.

Finally, after a long time a much needed long drive is happening:). Am going to hometown - Junagadh in Gujarat tomorrow for Diwali. At the last moment tonight, got my travel bookings (tickets) cancelled) and decided to go in Linea.

    A 2000-odd kms trip !

Don't they have something like "Quick service Bay"? In Bangalore, Concorde have it and they do all small works without any appointment.

BTW, happy drive, 2000KM is long trip.

You are right Ravi. I saw such Quick service bay at another TASC. But this is my 2nd experience at this TASC. Earlier also I had a tough time in buying ParaFlu coolant bottle and pouring it in coolant reservoir. Yeah. Just completed 1 way 900 kms drive.

During the drive, when I stopped for lunch at Vasad, I noticed this... Just in right time:)

EDIT - Can't upload pic from BlackBerry. Shall do later.
