Yeah, I'm seriously thinking about it. But before doing it, I'm having a temptation to use com-paint on half of the bonnet. In any case, the bonnet is going to be repainted, why not to try it?
    What say?

To try com paint to learn the art of applying it is a different thing and thinking that it will cover the blemishes is another.

Play with com paint but solution is only repaint, if you want to see your beauty in all its past glory :)

U know my episode of scratches on my Linea's bonet. I am also waiting for com-paint value pack.
But since mine is HH black, i have tried one temprary solution which worked fantastic.
I bought permanent marker black pen with fine tip, and coloured all the scratches carefully. Becoz of groove pen did not came outside and believe me all white portion has disappeared. Now only in clear sunshine small shiney black visible circles are there. In night time it's beyond recognition that there are scratches. Now I may not buy com-paint. And repaint the whole bonet during 2nd servicing. But till then recolouring in one monthe by permemnat marker. Thanx to black colour choice.
For you if u ve already used one bottle, and anyway u r going for repaint during servicing, why r u going for one more pack? Anyway if it is giving better result than existing then plz go for it.

@Vahan Pujari: Why not fill the scratch with fillers and then apply compaint and a polish. I am planing to do it with the help of a local body paint workshop. I feel if any way it is getting painted one should try Compaint. In your case since it is not a straight line scratch getting finish may be difficult to compaint. But try it.

Yeah. Decided. Repaint is the solution else the full satisfaction is never guaranteed ::D
I think I'll do it in the next TASC visit whenever it happens. ODO shows over-38,000 kms so 4th service is about 3 months away

    Belated Happy Birthday !!

She came in my life on 9th April.

I had my 1st date with her on 3rd April'09 ;). Though the place at which I dated her for the first time was not a very lovely place, it was the thrill of dating the beauty for the 1st time that mattered most to me.

She was dressed in all Red, full of famous curves, rounded nose, zoo-zoo like grin, tear-drop eyes.

Sorry, my Flamenco red Linea. I could not treat you on 9th April. The work pressure was too much. And they say that one remembers birthdays while dating but after marriage..... Just kidding, my love for you won't diminish a bit with time.

    Fiat Free Summer Service Camp

I went to Wasan, Kandivali today for Fiat Free Summer Service Camp.

It was a wonderful experience. Wasan was way too organised this time around. Seems its a sure signs of improvement in TASC. Earlier TASC were found to be not-so-organised like local garages. Now there is a visible improvement trend.

I reached there at around 12.45 pm. There were pandals installed with red carpet/ banners etc. Even when I was still 100 yards away from TASC, guards started waving & showing me the direction to the bay where I can take my car to. 3-4 guys came in as soon as I stopped & greeted me. Someone took me to Registration desk where registration formalities were completed in a jiffy & they offered a snacks-box as complements. They asked me to wait in the lounge & said the service will get over in 1 hour. I waited ion the lounge. In 5-10 minutes, my Linea was driven inside & I could see it from Glass partition. In fact, the car was next to glass partition. I could see them topping up Engine Oil, Coolant (with water) etc. I also saw them checking battery & topping up fluids with a thermometer kinda instrument. Within an hour the car was given back to me with full exterior wash.

Only small thing which is still pending - those small pins for fixing Fuse box are still not available. Mine is just hanging there on 1 pin. During AC upgrade, I guess they lost the other 2 pins. Those pins were again not in stock.

Overall, it was a wonderfully well organised & coordinated camp.
