Obviously. It must be covered under warranty. Though I never bothered to ask & since SA also didn;t mention anything. I'll raise a hell if someone even tries to tell me its not covered under warranty

Amit Bhai, surprised to see that the Blue N Me conked off so early..!! AFAIK, this is the First instance where the Blue N Me has conked off, atleast in India.

Are they replacing the same in Warranty ? and have they communicated any reasons for the Failure ?

Actually, I forgot to mention earlier. There were 2 such cases earlier that I heard where Blue & Me Conked off. The reason has something to do with Moisture for which I heard Fiat has started using some kind of tape (Have not seen it nor have bothered to check whether my new B&M came with this tape or not - because Fiat is taking care of it ::D )
Yes. They had replaced the B&M box fully under the warranty :) TASC has even done Car pick up & drop to and fro from my home FoC :clapping

Its all done in time. In 2 working days the part is procured & on 3rd day (the day before I was going on Mahabaleshwar trip) the car was picked from my home, the part installed & the car was dropped back at home. Full marks to Wasan Motors again.

The only item is that the Blue & Me lady - Lina - has become "Linonina". Yes - an Italian lady who speaks only Italian. Seems I've to use a software to convert the default B&M voice language to English. Am gonna download that software right away.

Congratulations :clap for getting the BNM so fast..!! Man this is surprising , have to give full marks to FIAT A.S.S Wasan Motors for arranging the same in Record time.
The Icing on the cake that it is covered in the Warranty itself :up Fantastic.

Slowly & Steadily, the A.S.S is finally improving by leaps and bounds, FIAT Management must be pulling the strings, and the result is in front of us. They need to continue the momentum.
How was your Mahabaleshwar Trip ? Where are the Pics..!! we are waiting for them & ofcourse an Illustrous Travelogue in VP Style ::D

Downloaded the software. Shall try to install it tom. :)
Yes. I was surprised with the speed of part arrival. Never expected it so soon after hearing the delays on the forums. And all these happened without any extra effort or pulling the strings or even without involving Fiat. In fact, I was sure that part won't arrive so quickly so I was mentally ready for it & never pushed nor involved Fiat.
The trip was great. The weather was tooooo good. Could not take more pics but will post a few soon.
Thanks Sanjeev but I'm not good at writing travelogues or narrations. Shall try again.

Yes. Only hitch is that Blue & Me Lady speaks & understands only Italian language. I've downloaded the software to convert the default language from Italian to English. Shall have to try by installing it.

shouldn't the english update be done by TASC ? If such thing happens to a computer illiterate guy he won't know where to turn for help
