since two year of launch what i saw is "marginal improvements" in interior quality . that is nothing but interest of fiat enthusiast being taken for granted by fial.is that so difficult for them to make such small things alright? well it seems so.
right now tata fiat showrooms are deserted .nobody even want to go to showrooms as they have realized what they are going to face in there.
so what happens even though i am owner of punto, i will surely hesitate to recommend same to my close friend ,straight away i will ask him to go and have td for other cars in the market as well . what a shame on fiat.!!!

i myself facing problem of rattling passenger seat and car was bought in october 2010, its been more than a month now and they could not replace it under warranty. brand new car with defective parts where are we leading ??
recently learnt that mailing to any fiat authorities or big head is not going to help...just patience is the way..!!!

i am left with wonder why on earth fiat should anyway treat us like these .

    Hello Bala,

From the description of the accident, it seems nobody was hurt. One of the reasons for this could be that you were in a Linea. A.S.S., good or bad cannot compensate any serious injury. FIAT in my opinion has not in any way compromised on the safety features, inspite of critical comments on the weight of the vehicle and consequent FE issues etc.

From whatever TATA accidents, I have seen, those TATA cars look very flimsy to me,and not very capable of protecting its occupants.

So look at the brighter side.

    Regards

    Mat46

As much as it is about understanding what the customer wants, it is also about creating the want. The product's image must be aspirational. "I want it" should be the response. People have money to spend on things like Skoda with god knows what kind of reputation outside India and a bull A.S.S., so why not FIAT?

    Hey Redtux,

I too share the same feeling :A Bracing for a figure around 500 especially with the year end and factory closure. That could be the pits for FIAT :hit
    I hope I am wrong.
