Where did you read that Fiat is not ready to provide spare for old cars?
First, Mr.Atanasio didn't tell that the spares don't be available and switch to new models but he told that they will try their best to keep the customers driving Uno/Palio/Siena or whatsoever older models by providing service and spares but it is hard to get it very fast compared to the new models. He asked the enthusiasts to try to upgrade to new vehicles to overcome this.
Second, can anyone dare to ask Maruti to buyback their 84 model 800s or the first generation Alto? Even if we dare to ask them, they will simply say, "Sirji, Aap ka purana gaadi ko Swift ya Dejire ke liye exchange kar deejiye na! Hum gaadi ka exchange price pachaas hajaar fix karenge aur exchange bonus dus hajaar denge. Aur aapko bhi naya gaadi mil jaayenge." Behind the scenes, they will say "Ek aur bhakra!". :devil
I didn't read "not ready",but "tough to provide" "encourage to move to new" etc translates ... Its a very bad translation i think..
I leaves it behind..convinced
If you want read a sentence in selective way and pick few words, difficult to convince.
It's ok Ravi. Sometimes the misunderstandings happens and sometimes the brain works the other way on the same sentence. As we were present, we got it right and as he read it from here, he might have got it other way.
Relax Ravi. "Pyaar ge abhittaite" on FIAT cars makes us all to express our small concerns to a greater extent
Sorry Ravi..:sad:But in Fb i had seen some owners complaining..
Best is to add such links along with your post. That way you do not hold full responsible what you posted
As we heard from Mr.Atanasio that they are doing the best to get all the parts of India is covered. Fiat is in a transition phase and at the first phase itself not all the cities will be covered. They have already made the plan and they are moving accordingly. So all the parts in India will be covered under their sales and service network soon. Please wait calmly to get their 130 exclusive sales and service centers to be opened this year end. They will gradually increase the service centers and the RSAs in other parts soon.
Yes, Ravi. Firstly some of the questions asked there were irrelevant to the event. And too many misinterpretations are being made of Enrico's statements.
Only time can tell us whats in store especially for people so concerned about PALIO/UNO.
