Fiat India has definitely made an impression judging by its Facebook fan base that has now gained momentum. Fiat India’s fans on Facebook have crossed the 2 lakh mark in a months time. Fiat India is taking every possible step to ensure that the company reaches out to customers and its Facebook page showcases a range of innovative operations initiated by the company where its sales, dealer network and marketing strategies are concerned so as to make it a major player in the Indian auto scenario. Through the company’s Facebook page, Fiat owners can make appointments for car servicing via Service Tab while those buyers showing interest in the new Fiat Linea and Punto can ask for test drives from any dealership showroom in their vicinity.

  2. Why ???

I just saw Fiat India facebook page https://www.facebook.com/fiat.india?fref=ts ....but got annoyed ...why everyone is commenting so bad about fiat on that page....those comments put neg.- light on others...
Company is trying hard to cover everything but if people ll not support company then how one can prove that they are improving...Feeling really bad about this.

Its either their own personal experience which would have been very frustrating or they would have seen some one suffering. So either ways they are letting out their anger. Let them get it out, atleast this way every one will be aware of whats happening including FIAT and they might take up some actions on that too.
