Thanks. I just now called Tata service station at Goa. The people at there(whose contact No is given at Fiat website) doesn't know about anything about the camp. Today is 21st and the check up date is on 23rd.I again called Fiat and they told me that I can take my vehicle to TASS during the announced dates

For me this camp is too important as I completed 11111 kms. My second servicing is due on 15000 km. At this stage if I get top ups then it will be good for me. Pune memeber who all are coming on Saturday to Pandit Auto, Tilak Road, Pune. Let me know they asked me to drop the car in between 9 AM to 12 AM. Lets meet up.

Today I went to concorde for repair of rear bumper. Settled through Insurance claim. So changing full bumper.
Seen many Fiats. It was really a nice scene!!

Very good idea, easy to identify, apart from TFI stickers.

Fiat-first summer service camp review @ acument motors pune.

Also posted in service camp thread, thought to have another thread.

Registered for Acumen motors for service camp ~8-10 days back.
Never received call for confirmation. So called them on friday to confirm if its really there. They confirmed and went there ~10.30.
No one from fiat was present there.
When asked them, they said fiat persons 'may' come in some time.
After some chatting, they revealed that even they were not informed by Fiat or TATA that they are also part of service camp.

    Some more issues:
    - No methodical way to attend cars.
    - Had to literally ask service person to look at the car and do next steps
    - They had long list of items to check, but I don't think all those things checked. I was with car all the time.
    - It was 4.30 by the time I could come out. I don't think that much is needed.
There weren't many cars there (may be ~10-12).

    Although some nice points
    - Cleaning/vacuuming was good.
    - You can be with your car when work is going on.
    - Couple of people were really trying to give good customer experience and helpful.

Can anybody share experience at Pandit auto?

    Thanks
    Rohan
