Fiat Exclusive : Aadyam Motors, Aurangabad

    Grande Punto 1.3 90 HP
    Visited Aadyam Motors Aurangabad workshop situated in Chikhalthana MIDC.

    Mr. Sachin Kamble WM very courtious.
    He listened problem ' Poor performance but no ecu error' calmly.

    Mechanic took TD . Hooked examiner. There was an error of clutch switch.
    Error deleted. Cleaned MAF sensor with air blast & spray.

    Refitted & fired the engine. Wow ! MJD started to give vibration-free smooth idle.

    Hesitation minimised. WM asked me to bring car as per my free schdule.
    Most happy thing is Mechanic & WM agreed that there something is wrong in my car other than ecu error

    All work done without doing unnecessary paperworks where Tata guys prepare job card for misslenious jobs.

    I will give 8 out of 10 for that visit. I will update the same

    Car handed over 3rd Free Service.
    As I mentioned earlier FASS agreed this time also that there is some problem in my 90 HP other than ECU error

    Mechanic told me that he will check EGR Valve & replace it on trial & error basis.

    SA gave me estimate which I found reasonable as per work list.
    As this is 3rd service I am replacing coolent,Clutch & brake oil & HPS oil also.

    Possibility of replacing sterring rack also in warrantee.
    Kut-Kut noise in steering pinion when I rock-n-roll steering rapidly.:rage

    The most imp. point I noted that 100 % owned FASS seems more positive in the field of warrantee claim & agree with problem of car :p
    while TATA were negative for warrantee claim.:A

    TATA's policy which I hated most was :- No ECU error ? ALL IS WELL ! :A

    Got car back after 3rd Service.
    Total bill Rs.9740/-

    For problem of poor performance they cleaned EGR.
    I took TD.
    At high RPM performance found better. But still flat spot at low RPM.

    WM suggested to drive the car for some thousand kms.

    So took car back & came back at Ahmednagar which is 120 km.

    On 2nd day car started to give again problem. So called WM.

    After pressing throttle it is clearly being noticed that pressure of
    inlet manifold is by-passing. Due to by-passing of turbo boost
    there is incorrect Air/Fuel ratio.EGR Seems leaky.

    WM assured me to replace EGR. He told he will send proposal for approval

    It seems that 100% owned FIAT ASS is positive to Customer Satisfaction.

    Good news !
    WM told me approval for EGR change is accepted by Fiat India.
    Part is in transit. Within 4-5 days he will call me & replace EGR.

    It seems that chronic problem shall solved.
    Finally 100% owned Fiat ASS took seriously problem.

    Most imp. point is ASS completed procedure of approval for change EGR only on
    my telephonic feedback after doing service of car.

    If it could be rude TATA they would have called me & again would have done
    baseless trial & error game. I mean to do temporary remeady
    e.g. To clean intercooler,inlet manifold etc.

    Well Done!!!
    Visited Aadyam Motors in Aurangabad to replace the driver side mirror. Initially when I call to the workshop it was not available. After two days I called back again in morning it was not available. The manager said to me its in transit. In the evening by 4 o clock Manager called me to inform tht part has arrived in showroom. you can come and replace it. On the same day I was in Aurangabad. I went to the workshop he changed the part in few minutes where as I ordererd the same part from Ujwal auto Jalgaon (Tata Dealer) even after 4 months, the part is not available to replace.
    Thanks to Aadyam motors, Works Manager Mr. Sachin, and the Team......
