    See again, those are installed to my machine but nothing is opened ;-).
    Only outlook and some some browsers are running.

  4. I emailed customer service twice. Once after getting delivery of the car, to appriciate the sales person I was dealing with, for his excellent support provided, which is other way said in others reviews and others experience. Second time to inform about the rust issues my car is suffering from. Both the times, I did not recieve any reply, except the automated emailer.

    Anyways, my experience with the toll free call center is totally different. Once I called them when my car broke down due to CSC failure. They redirected my to RSA and they were on top of the problem. Both customer support call center and RSA call center handled it exceptionally well. They really deserve 10/10.
