Fiat Cafe Pune

Guys! I had been to FIAT Cafe Pune yesterday...and the news i got is that -----

FIAT is all ready for the launch but are awaiting clearance from TATA motors.
due to it being financial year ending thingy...the guys from TATA motors are busy nd have kept the opening on a hold!! They shall shortly do it after all the financial auditing/ works related to tat etc. is complete.
Also i asked for the news regarding TATA motors nd FIAT Joint venture stuff and he said tat the JV would continue for after sales service etc. but regarding decision making etc. for whatever required viz manufacturing etc. etc . it would not be a joint decision anymore...FIAT will be the only one talking the call.



I am posting couple of pics of the upper lounge of the FIAT CAFE which i got to click. The upper level is apparently supposed to be a FIATcustomer lounge and shall be put to use on weekends for customer events/get togethers etc which shall be organised by FIAT :wow (heard they might be serving some champagne aswell )
The lower level ofcourse is the display area with cars and IPAD pods (there is aslo KIDS corner in the lower level for the kids to keep them engrossed when their parents are busy checking out the italian beauties.).. now tats really thoughtful!

hmm.. makes me invent a quote with regards to the automobile industry " if its thoughtful then its ought to be a FIAT" --- H E R B I E

It is almost similar to FIAT Caffe delhi... I guess i will be the first one at TFI to look at FIAT Cafe pune and Delhi both..

 

There is a Paratha store right opposite to our office at Shivajinagar,Pune.
Millennium Mobility is 50 feet away on the same block...today while having our fav parathas, I meet couple of folks from Millennium .asking them about FIAT Showroom, there prompt reply was "FIAT Cafe is going to Open on 24th this month", all exclusive FIAT service center will be opened by same time at Dapodi (back to their Tass office) where Merc used to have a service center..
Were not those exciting?

 

Is it open? There are no adverts, no hoardings in Pune telling that FIAT is planning something like Caffe in Pune as well....

 

FIAT Service station going to open at Dapodi?. But no concrete info on this.

 

Donno Y the Hell is FIAT-India scared of putting the Hording of the Great Mean Machine and announcing the inauguration of the Cafe.
Its since long they have not got any advertisements on the Billboards and the Local newspapers,
