Even I've got an invite but do we need to get our own cycle or we will be given one at the venue?

Heard from one of our close aides that it was very badly managed. A total failure yet again from FIAT India.

I have forwarded this invite to our office cyclist group. I know, atleast couple of people went. There were 80 odd cyclists. The event didn't start on time & regarding start point there were some confusion. Rest, they were happy with the event.

Almost the same thing as jpshya mentioned above. Confusion in the starting point, even the dealers were not properly informed. No proper guidance regarding the route for the cyclists, t-shirts size etc. All these, i heard through a friend and I trust him a lot. So, I assume that the facts are true. Overall, they say that there was no professionalism in the event.
