That's what I expected from you paaji ;)

Anyways, what about Italy's chances? What will Mario Balotelli do this time around? Kick a teammate, go down with grass allergy or burn their team hotel to ashes? :p

Some excellent football is being witnessed in the Germany-Portugal match being played right now.

My pick would be England vs France in the final.
But a completely outsider may scrape into the final!

England vs France final isn't going to happen Bala.

Both are mediocre teams in 2012

Denmark beat Holland! Whoa! They can be the giant killers of the tournament!

    Germany beat Portugal, as expected.

    Couldn't watch any match :A

Both results don't tell the real story of what actually happened.

Denmark won because of great finishing by one man and poor finishing by the entire Dutch team! The Dutch had the ball and made dozens of chances, but finished none. Poor effort by the Dutch team. They could've scored 3-4 goals easy.

The Germany Portugal match was too tight, no side was giving an inch. But in the end, Germany had destiny on their side and broke through.

90 minutes of pure adrenaline rush was on display during the Italy-Spain game.

Spain will rue their missed chances but the two Europeans fought very hard. Tempers were high throughout the game.

The spain - italy match was a cracker. I think spain over complicated it for themselves without playing any strikers. On the other hand, Italy too was having a decent game. One of the best looking beards in football - De Rossi was having a cracker of a match. Mario froze in awe and was substituted. Di natale is an excellent striker, foxy, technical. No wonder he slotted in their goal.

anyway for me, supporting Italy or Spain is like a choice between the devil and the deep sea. So it really dint matter.

the second match was probably the most boring affair so far in the Euros. Ireland, all beef and heart but zilch technical qualities were defeated squarely by the Croats. Ireland was pathetic, kept pinging in long balls, hustled for it, earned free kicks but couldn't convert any. For sure the Croats will never play such a physical match anymore in this tourney. Beefy irish players literally shook up the Croats.
