Hi Guys.. I have a 2012 Punto 1.3 MJD with odo stands at 28k and I am due for the engine oil change. I am not planning to get it serviced at FASS as the warranty is over. Now I would like to know which engine oil is better. Below are my options:
    1. Mobil Super MGDO 5W40 - Rs. 2000 for 3.5 ltrs
    2. Selenia WR 5W40 - Rs. 650/ltr(price in 99rpm) ie Rs 2600 for 4 ltrs
Which is better in terms of refinement and nvh levels?
I wouldn't go for any other fully synthetic brands due to budget constraintsPlease suggest also do we need Engine flush while changing from Selenia to Mobil?

@avnsiva : I have booked service next week at Vecto. Will have 60000kms service.
The SA there is saying they cannot pour oil other than Selenia at FASS. Hence, I would get it done at local FNG.
After that I have trip to ooty where i can judge the goodness.

Overall feedback of Motul Xcess 8100 is pretty good and rated above Delvac 1.

So far i have sticked on to mineral oils like Shell Rimula R4 or Motul Tekma Mega. Ll try Motul Xcess in the next oil change.

You are better protected with ones you mentioned. I doubt you have anything to gain after switching over.

Called up vecto/kht/aadya for 60000kms service. None of them are willing to change oil from outside.
Probably, need to get oil changed in FNG and get the service done as its major service.

I have changed the engine oil of my punto 2012 active. I have opted for Shell Helix HX8 (5W40) which I got it for Rs. 2000 for 3.5 ltrs and Bosch oil filter for Rs.150. After the oil change, the drive becomes smooth. No change in NVH levels as of now. Will watch and revert if any. I can see the cost is less than Selenia oil, hence thought of giving it a try as my warranty is over. Attached pics for reference.
