I would say Yes. If the clutch has become weak, then the clutch will start to slip. If the clutch is slipping even slightly, that would certainly rob the car of power to the road.

Btw, we are going seriously off topic on this thread !

3200 for EGR+Intercooler cleaning is serious labour charges. Maybe Bangalore is just way more expensive than Chandigarh? :(

@Ganges - EGR cleanup will or should take the engine back to what it was when it was sort of new and unclogged.

Not really. :) For example, wheel alignment and balancing with a sophisticated roadforce equipment costs almost 500 bucks lesser in Bangalore than in Chennai with conventional equipment.

Same goes for vinyl works. Bangalore was again cheaper. I have also learnt that food and accommodation is also bit cheaper than in Chennai. And oh, the wonderful weather!

Sorry for the OT, couldn't resist. :)

Even I couldn't resist. Sorry for OT again. :D

I should endorse this statement. Food is way cheaper in Bangalore. It is super/hyper expensive in Chennai.

Depends on where you eat, Ramesh. Bangalore can be very expensive or very cheap, based on the choices we make. I hear a lot of complaints about the rents being very high in Bangalore. I live in a 3 bedroom Triplex - yes, I have a room in the terrace too :D - 3000 sqft independent house. The rent I pay is unbelievably low. It all boils down to location :D
