Some quick stats of my usage so far. Please ignore the 46 liters filled as I clubbed two fuel top us in one reading once when I just filled fuel for 1000 bucks and didn't do a full tank.

    Hi Flywheel,

Happy new year to you and your family!!

It's very inspiring to see your mileage figures. My Jet did 1250 kms so far and shows me a mileage of 11 on highway. may be I should do more restrained driving as someone mentioned in their posts.

The mileage figures on the Jet are inversely proportionate to the pressure applied on the throttle :). To give you an example, on the same Mumbai- Pune expressway when I drove with a steady foot I got slightly more than 16 KMPL and it came down to 12.8 KMPL with a heavier foot. The biggest problem with the Jet is the car is a devil and just goads you into pressing the accelerator just that bit more ;).

The advantages of driving slowly are attached. These snaps were taken after the drive in a convoy to Lonovala, after looking at the FE I was like :wow

By the time I reached home again the FE was back to 14.5KMPL, thanks a to a spirited drive back. The way the Jet moved placed a broad smile on my face :).

It’s been four happy months of ownership, other than a fused brake light I really didn’t have anything else to complain about. The odo now stands at 7400KM, around 1400KM this month.
    6732 – 34 lit – 11.44 KMPL (100% City)
    7212 – 38 lit – 12.63 KMPL (20% Highway, 80% City )

She has a trip planned this month end to stretch her legs and hopefully some good photos :).

It's been a while since I last updated this thread, My Jet has taken us safely to Ajanta & Ellora and a short trip to Tungarli Lake and back. As usual no complaints, it was on the trip to Ajanta that I realised once again how good the ride quality is, I was able to maintain decent speeds inspite of the fact the roads were pretty bad. The irony is I ended up getting better FE on two lane roads than on the four lane stretches :D

    Some pictures of the trips..

JawDropping pics!!!! Awesome... Which camera is used!! And how come the jet is so clean while on trip as during driving dirt obviously sticks to the body.

Thanks pabhishek, A little editing and some help from a Jopasu duster keeps the dirt away ;)

I use a Cannon 500D with a Tamron 28-300mm lens, still learning the art of photography :)
