    Srida,

Can you provide the cost of repair? I too had deeper dent in my back door and got repaired. Just for comparison of the TASS charges. So that next time I can choose the service center than Prerana if the charges are high.
  2. The total cost was 4500 Rs. painting and Un-Denting costed 2000 For the Runner Board and 2500 for the Door.

Thanks buddy. For me it cost 300 more for denting and repainting but they included a charge for consumables (Rs.250) so my cost is Rs.5100. The worst part is that I was able to find a white dot on the door after repainting and these service center people were too irresponsible to give it clean and clear of the work.

Prerana, Kudlu Gate. So only thinking a lot before going for a few issues am facing now after first service (ABS unavailable message in ECU - Sensor problem, heavy noise inside cabin once crossed 80); even thought of putting in KHT whitefield, but as there is very hot discussions going on in KHT forum, just waiting to decide. For my opinion Surendra Jain is too helpful but Kumar, the one who handles the insurance just tries to convince the customers. Very bad attitude of them.

Was thinking of taking it to Prerana for the body work, but will keep it on hold for a while. After a year of ownership and 30k on my odo, i have quite a few bruises on my ride, will fix all of them together at a go. The plan is to take it to Sai colorioum and get a quote for the whole patch up work and then proceed.

Yes, Surendra Jain has been of great help so far.

That's right idea. The body-shops that are specialists will do the work better. The SS/SC will be doing it as a part of their job. Just go for the service in TASS/TASC.

Some time back i had got a body repair done from Prerana. Had claimed Insurance at that time and the work was pretty decent. However, i feel TASS charges way too much for body repairs.

But whatever body work I done through Prerana am not satisfied. They just do it for the sake of getting insurance/customer's money not really to make the customers to come back. My friend also got the vehicle from Prerana and his review was good. But he driven his vehicle till now (1.5 years old) less than 10k KM.
