Anyone knows where to get the Meguiar products in India? I saw a contact in their site but there is no response.

I was very keen on Maguiar products & searched to find a source in Mumbai. Unfortunately, it led me to a distributor who does not stock Maguiar products anymore. He said sometimes some products come but is not regular.

Has anyone tried products from www.driedwashsolutions.com? This was highlighted in Autocar a few months ago. From the site it appears they have very nice products.

I usually avoid shampoo.I clean outer body every day with plain water and I found it is the most effective method. I do it in morning otherwise the dust will dry with the small amount of water. Totally avoid car cover since the chance of getting scratches is more. For dash and leather I use armorall brand. I do it once in three weeks and it is effective in keeping the freshness.

    Dear Friends,

Need some help in removing a scratch from my Linea(flamenco red). Some jealous guy ran a line in the middle of my right side door . Not very deep but still visible while the whole car is shining.

    Suggestions would be appreciated.

    regards,
    Nanu

similar machine created buffer swirls on my car too. i then purchased a better variable speed polisher with foam pads. now its better. the above machine is very cheap and has single speed motor. avoid that.

ya and meguiars is now taken over by 3M. already 3M exclusive outlets have started selling some meguiar products off the shelf.

Today I saw a handheld polishing machine for rs.650. It would be powered by the car charger. it looked pretty good. Had a couple of attachments, one with the applicator and other for buffing. The size was like of a hair dryer. Anyone used something similar like this ??
