I remember lot of stock when I visited his warehouse couple of months back. Wonder if he managed to clear all stock or sold them in bulk to any shop.

@relativity: thanks for the info - sounds interesting, though I am a bit skeptical about the wash+polish+wax line. May be worth a try. I think I will give it a try if I am not able to get hold on ONR as and when my current stock runs out.

Anoop, the water marks are stubborn and rigid. I was foolish enough to wash the car in direct sunlight:chair: (didn't have a choice though). A lot of water had dried up before I could even wipe it down. The roof is the worst affected and the marks seem to have etched into the paint. I shall post a picture soon to give a better idea.

 

Anoop - I just received my courier from greenduck. I will use it tomorrow and post a review. i am also almost out of ONR and have been trying different things. i just picked up a Eagle One nano Wax Spray today to use directly after a Jopasu cleanup. Let's see.
What worked this morning surprised me. I have a Meguiar's Quick Detailer Spray (Rs. 300) that I use well as a quick detailer to remove Bird droppings or water marks etc. However, this morning I sprayed it to a section after dusting with Jopasu and wiped off as usual with a MF. the car looks as good as after ONR.

 

Rs 180 that I spent for tire protection form last for two applications. It is costly! There is something left but the nozzile is not working so that I am not able to spray it.
I think next time I will go for some tire protection liquid that I can apply with a cloth.

 

@ ritu: did you do one more water wash after that? Let me tell you something happened to me - I went to visit a friend and parked my car in his apartment's visitor's car park, which was unfortunately, very close to their gardens. I was there almost whole day and by the time I returned, to my horror, I saw that my car was full of water marks from the spray they used to water the garden. With great difficulty, I removed them using some amount of polishing and clay bar.

After this, few weeks own the lane, I left my car at my in laws place in Kerala - it rained and the water dried on my car, and the result was again lot of water marks. I did not have access to most of my cleaning kit, so I did a good wash, with some car shampoo and after cleaning the dirt off, I washed again but this time, used MF cloth to rub the water marked areas lightly, and then pat dried the car with out leaving any chance for wate rto evaporate. To my surprise, almost all water marks were gone after this wash.

So, try a good old wash if you have not tried it yet.

@relativity: that is good news. I saw both greenduck and Duragloss - Duragloss seems same as ONR. Did you order green duck from Sanjay? I will wait for few reviews like yours before I order my bottle - I think my ONR will last for another 2 months at least.

 

I just spoke to Auto-Mall and they confirmed that the business will continue but only for walk-in customers.
they will no longer sell anything Online. This means Bangalore is the only city in India with access to ONR range of products.

 

Actually Colinite and Mcguaires are sold by 3M outlets as well.
Just hop in to you're nearest 3M showroom and you will definitely find Mcgauires products..
(Mcgauires products are stickered and sold as 3M products as well)
