Teky, do you have the 'after' pics as well?

Good to see the original paint has held well. Our Palio D's factory clearcoat just disintegrated from everywhere.:???:

Today was the day dedicated to my Punto. Had a shampoo wash and waxing and finally applied tire protectant.
What about using newspaper for cleaning window glass. Foud very effective than cloth.
    Here is some pictures.

This brings me to an interesting point..
there are so many car care products that everyone has their own best and worst choices..
"What can be regarded as best or worst" in this case?

After a lot of studying I bought Eagle one car wax and shampoo (both are separate).. I read a lot of reviews of that being really good than the rest.
so after a few months I happened to meet an acquaintance who says Mcguire is really top notch and Eagle one is sub standard.
I had it with that discussion and so moved on...

Some say armorall is good and others say waxpol is good , some choose F1 and others well, clinic + shampoo..
All are good and all are bad ? :)
This discussion has always found my interest. Is there really any benchmarking done on any of these products ever ?

    @sungoa-
Your punto is looking hot! great work::T.
I use both paper and MF cloth sometimes for the windows! I too find using paper effective.

    Thanks Vikrant.
Marque D'elegance wax will test the patience. It gets dry very fast after application. Once start it is a never ending. If we finish one panel and then move to next one it takes lot of time. On halfway of completing one panel move to other panel and apply the wax. then continue with the old one. By the time it gets finished the next panel will be ready for polishing. It took three hours for me. This time I couldn't finish inside portions of the doors. Will do it next time. Though it may not contribute to external looks it will protect the paint. Then my car will be ready to welcome Monsoon.

I want to know whether we need to wait after applying the wax or immediately start buffing after applying wax?I follow the former.

    Your observations are spot on.
Marque D' elegance really tests patience. I too apply wax the same way as you do.
We need to wait after applying wax.
Test the surface by running your finger on the surface after applying wax, if it's smudgy then wait till it shows the clear surface.
And then buff your way to a hot waxed beauty!:devilface

I have been under impression for more than a month now that beloved friend Relativity is about to share some long trip review of his Oceanic FIAT any time. But all i see is Relativity blazing his guns all over shampoos, polishes, combing, sweeping, washing machine threads:confused:.

What a FIAT enthusiast we have groomed:A!!
Pls care for a due update if you find a few moments from these Washing jobs. There is hardly anything that you have mentioned about your 90HP since the day it has been delivered.
