@Kedar: Bro, what you are doing is fine.
The turtle shampoo you use - is that Zip Wax Car Wash? I think it is a good product. Can you please tell me how much you paid for it?
F1 is good, though you have better options available.

    Thanks bro.

    Meguires, mothers, Collinite etc.

I personally prefer tech wax and use mothers FX synwax. Meguires NXT is an equally good product.
Another superb product is Collinite 845.

Try to get ONR and see what it can do to clean your car. It is one of the best product I have come across. if car is not really dirty, all you need is to spray your car with ONR+water mixture and a quick wipe with good MF cloth.

White and Silver are two of the most easiest color to maintain, but at the same time, two of the most difficult color to detail.
Now, this do looks like a contradicting statement, so let me explain a bit.

White and silver hides swirl marks and imperfections easily, and daily dust and grit is not as visible as other colors. But if left unattended, over a time, some white color paints develop a yellow tint because of oxidation and white and silver may develop grey film on the paint because of the contamination. So, please do not neglect the paint care

Many white paints are single stage paints and polishing and waxing a single stage is a pain. If the white have a clear coat (multi stage) then it is easy to take care. When it comes to fixing paint defects, soft paints have an upper hand. Without going in to much technical details, paints like black are considered soft (because of the softness of the pigment used - carbon black) and white is considered as a hard paint (the main pigment is titanium Dioxide, which is hard). The harder the paint, the tougher it is to remove the swirl marks and aberrations.
On the top, if the hard paint is a single stage paint, more often than not, you will end up damaging the paint when you try to remove scratches. That is why generally it is very difficult to remove swirl marks from a white paint.

The main reason why the dirt builds up on white\silver cars is that, the first signs of dirt build up is not evident on them as other deeper colors. And, the film\dirt build up will be very even. So, you do not realize that your car is getting dirtier or losing the shine, until you try to clean the paint one day.

So, even if your car is white \ silver, please take some time to clean the car and to maintain the paint - it will reward you in long term.

No special precautions bro - you need to take care of the paint like other color.
Usually, people neglect taking care of white and silver color and only when it is really dirty \ covered with film, they realized that they need to clean up.

In your case, you are washing every week with a good car shampoo which will remove the suds and contamination and you are waxing your car once in a month. Just keep doing what you are doing - this will make sure that BNW will be shining always. After the car reach one year, do a full paint protection - washing thoroughly, followed by clay and then a pre-wax cleaner, then by polishing and then by waxing.

One more thing I forgot to tell. I keep visiting every 3 months to 3M Car Care for FOAM Wash + TAR Removal Treatment.

3M Service Advisor advised me to do a underbody treatment. He said it will be working as antirust & sound deadning matetrial. How can it work as sound deadning material any idea?

They have paint protection treatment also whats that? Will update the details once I reach home

The under-body coating is a rubber paint. It is heavy and will help sound deadening, and will help to control corrosion. But I have seen the under-body of Punto and all Puntos come from factory with under-body coating.
Now, do we really need another coating is a matter left to personal choice.

The rubber gives the sound deadening property - it is some what like, the damping we do on car doors and trunks when we do ICE. Damping also helps to weed out road noise.
