Sir, you can get the specific assembly and replace it. Sticking some synthetic adhesive looks difficult in your case. Please contact a FASC.
Cost of new switch is Rs14000/- approx
i faced this problem during my early days of ownership and also got introduced to tfi in 2011 through this query.
you can source the combination switch from Kava automobiles, when i bought,it was of 2500rupees.The contact number of Kava auto is on the fourum you need to search it.
Tnks for info
You can repair it also...I broke the indicators stalk...the left side combination switch. ...
Cut those two wires n take out the stalk. Join another piece of wire pair to the one which u just cut..on steering side n leave it...
See from where the stalk is broken..there must be another piece...join those two by Arldite adhesive....not fevi quick...when they join, use m seal on the side of the stalk as it has grooves. .m seal will fill in those and leave overnight. ..when dried, connect the hanging wires to the wires left in the stalk....now Insert this stalk in its slot in steering column...there is socket for it..it will click back..push in any wire which is left out..
Wire cutting is necessary coz that wire is very short and one cannot take out or insert the stalk back ...
Hope it helps
