My Punto 1.3 had IInd service this May. Newly opened Fiat Service Centre here in Jaipur did not have four point fuel filter and it took them around 2 hours for arranging fuel filter from other sources. Ultimately, fuel filter of a new MJD was taken out and fitted in my Punto. -ive battery terminals was kept unplugged for this duration. Later on I found that cabin lights were not working. Here Service Centre do not have Scanner and Wheel Alignment machine also not working. So, in IInd service only washing, wheel swapping, air filter and fuel filter change was done. Yes, Engine Oil was also chanegd to fully synthetic Castrol Edge Titanium 5W-40 SN.

After that cabin lights have gone kaput. Also boot light is not working. For cabin lights, all fuses have been checked and are found OK. I had to go to TASS as there is a mechanic known to me. He dismanteled, checked cabin light console and found everything OK. Now, he will check for wiring tomorrow.

Anybody else here perhaps has not faced this so far as it has no mention in any thread.

What could be possible reasons? Please comment.

Which Service Center is this which don't have Scanner which is a necessity to open FASS. Complaint to Fiat about this
Disconnecting - ve terminal of battery doesn't have any effect on cabin lights even if its disconnected for days/months. It's something else they would have messed.
