    I think you know it's a typo. it's 0-140 actually.
That's done with stop watch in my mobile phone.
it wont take another 4-5 secs to get 160 mark.
Floor ANHC Vtec & come back before you post anything else on this topic.
Else do it for your own sake, if you can't convince yourself.

    It gets 110 km/hr in 2nd gear & absolutely gallop 150 in 3rd gear.
    I crossed 140 km/hr in it's 3rd gear. It revs more than 7000 RPM.
    Absolutely blow the caps offfff!!!

110 in second. My Tjet maxes of at 95km/hr.. And city does 110 at 2nd. May be a max of 100 sounds reasonable..

    Civic -109 PS/tonne, 142.1 NM/tonne
    City- 107.8 PS/Tonne, 133.3Nm /tonne
So there is no hell and heaven difference in power to weight ratio between city and civic.

Satya, i crossed 100 km/hr mark in 2nd gear & 140 in 3rd & up-shifted. I am feeling like it will touch 110@7000 RPMs & 150@7000 RPM. It depends what you want to settle with. I won't argue if someone would say 105 km/hr & 145 km/hr. Now i can't claim to be bingo with a 10 mins shoot but it will be very close.

95 sounds reasonable in turbo petrol as one is not supposed to Revv it like naturally aspirated, higher speeds are achieved@lower RPMs (turbo & higher torque). FIAT is also very strict with over revving & fuel cut offs. On the other hand, VTEC rewards only when it's revved. To my surprise, it's turned out a perfect combination for drags on an empty stretch being such a light car. On the other hand, a curse when driven on Indian highways. It's "scary" actually with all the revving talent it has.

By the way if someone will refer the Autocar article of City, it absolutely murders Civic & Altis in "in-gear" acceleration. I think for a comparison on two Honda's at least, we can trust Auto car-India. Well, i agree with them now on City/Civic comparison.
