Any pointers for aftermarket brake bads for punto now? Looks like 99rpm has stopped stocking brake pads. I need the type 2 (post 2011) brake pads.

Nothing beats the stock pads as of now. Brembo pads not available in type 2 specs.

Avoid TNG Ceramic pads they provide sufficient stoping power but they squeal like hell and I experience brake fade after spritied driving on inclines with burning smell from brakes and red hot discs which I never experienced with Roulunds or Stock pads.

    thanks for the reviews
how about the Roulunds ?How long they last ?
Asked my mechanic about those pads he said that all the pads except stock pads are duplicate and dont use them ,they are not safe and not effective as stock ones.

Refer this link one of our TIFIan's (Shams) using Roulunds. He wrote his experience in his ownership thread.

I am using Roulunds brake pads, obtained from "erstwhile" 99rpm.com. See my post
Very happy with their performance. I have to change them soon, so looking for where to get them.

Haven't found a retailer for these brake pads. Still looking. Will post here if I find it.
