My Linea's alloys are getting covered by black brake dust. This can be cleaned but once cleaned it again settles in 1-2 days.
    • Is this a problem only for new ones and will disappear after few thousand KMs?
    • Anyone else facing this issue and any permanent solution?
    Please post your suggestions.

    Thnx

    Hi,

This will always be there. Front alloys will get more dirt due to brake dust and everyone faces it.

Not a problem at all.. break dust is a global phenomenon ...across all cars.. including high end luxury cars.

You cannot avoid the brake dust. Thats is bound to be there where ever there are disc brakes. Keep the alloys cleaned regularly. If the break dust are stubbornly stuck to the alloys there are rim cleaners available in the market. Just spray on the alloys, allow for few minutes for the dust to flow off and then wipe the alloys clean.

Thanks for suggestion. It is not stuck stubbornly and can be removed by water and cloth.Seems like alloys have to be cleaned more regularly now on.
