    Hi,

Does anyone knows where is boot sensor located in Linea? The MID shows boot open, before i take it to TASS for small issue, i want to ensure its not due to some lose connection or some dust. I could not figure out where it is located. Any idea? a photo will be of great help.

There may be small switch which activates boot lamp om/off. Seperate sensor may not be there.Circuit may be in built in wiring of switch which activates boot lamp om/off.When boot lamp is lit, then it may be showing boot open messege is displayed on MID.Not sure. Is there anyone who can confirm ?

Thanks bhai, I have checked that boot light area, could not see any sensor there as such, my guess is that its located somewhere near upper end of bumper which checks the closing of boot.

Anyone with EPER loaded can look in about this.

the sensor for activating the boot light is in the lock itself (physically verified by inserting a screwdriver into the lock assembly where the catcher pin is supposed to go). not sure if it is also used for sensing door open/closed too.

I saw a small push back kind of button next to lock, not sure what it is for, will test same too.
