Blue Mini Maserati is home....EDIT: 5K, 1st service updated....bad experience

    My car is due for first service on 23rd june...
    what all should i as the TASS.......any suggestions.....

    First service Update: 3 months 5000Km

    had one of the worst service experience in Life.
    Service Station : ABS motors gurgaon....

    The car was not washed properly.....there are stains all over door arm rest.....the interior polishing was not done properly......there are white spots all over.........
    car mats were not cleaned....they said their vaccum cleaner is not working


    They were supposed to fix lower grill in the car.....It was fixed temporarily from outside....when i pointed out they said it is a mistake by the mechanic...the bumper needs to be opened.....the grill is lying in my boot:-(

    I have asked them to do the service again.......so will give them the car next week.....they will dryclean it, fit the grill and replace the shocker

    Problem rectified:
    1. Door Noise has gone as of now.....
    2. TASS pointed that right shocker needs to be replaced as it has gone weak......they have ordered it.
    3.glove box has been tightened.
    4.Car has become more smooth....

    Also.....i pointed out about the bumps on the bonnet...they are not ready to believe that it is manufacturing defect and said something has fallen on it.....will again fight for it when i go there next time.....i have now 4-5 bumps/bulges on the bonnet.....

    Except car every support services provide are worse...till now my experience with Fiat has not been good...right from purchasing to service..sometimes one feels helpless....Tata is really ruining FIAT........

    The door noise has returned and meanwhile the bumps and dents in Bonnet are increasing day by day....

    Got my car re serviced today.....

    This time the experience was good..also different TASS......he handles Fiat.....Went early to pick up the car...

    Got interiors dry cleaned and properly polished......I have noticed one thing u have to stand there and order to get ur car properly cleaned.....
    But still ABS people are stupid.

    My car Right shocker was to be replaced and this stupid people ordered shocker for older model Fiat 2009.....And this they told me 1 day before when i was taking appointment all this while 2 weeks they said the shocker has arrived ....I again will have to go to next week :-(............

    Lets see if all the problems of noise, pick up have been resolved....... somehow i am feeling that there is no pickup in 2nd gear and car sometimes gives jerk or puch when changing gears....


    Also today i got a whopping mileage of 24.5 kmpl for 25Km distance....
    Tass also told me that FIAT exclusive Sales and service center in coming up in OKHLA......
    ABS also applied for Showroom...and there was a team from FIAT that came 3 weeks back to inspect the current premises.......

    My car has done 6350 Kms in 4 months....and absolutely Love it :) admist all this small niggles and scratches that my OB Punto picks up... have 2 long lines on both sides and i know they are intentional scratches....cant help it...

    The dents in Bonnet are still there....i think it is because of dogs jumping on bonnet.....TASS said i can claim insurance later for it.........and also for the long scratches on door....whats say people....

    The core issue.... Why does Fiat & Tata force the customer to visit service station again and again? When will they reach to a simple and basic need of a customer to visit service station once a year apart from scheduled service?
