I have a 2012 1.3MJD Punto. I had a partial cluster display failure at around 47k. And a total after crossing 65k. I am now unaware of the km reading but my blue and me has stopped working completely. I unplugged and replugged fuses under the dashboard, this results in the light on the USB port to blink. I've checked with service centres and they are asking me to change both but I don't think that's the issue. Could it be linked to a possible BCM failure? The only external issue that I have is that my reverse light doesn't work and the error for that turns up occasionally on the cluster. KHT prefers to just replace everything that isn't working.

I just had the car serviced for 1L km (guessing the reading) Total bill: 33,115.

I have 2014-Dec model Linea Emotion. I updated Blue and Me using the hack mentioned by Nikhil. I also got the similar completion issue as mentioned by rajks. I did not receive any completion message. All functions are working except the language. Display messages on the screen are English but the voice on speaker is not English. I guess it is Italian.

I m not sure everyone have this issue or not!! Blue & me works for phones paired but it was not working when u have calls with jio sim.
I was worried about it from 6 months wondering blue & me can work for Vodafone number but why not jio Number especially when I m driving.
But it is working now.. I m happy.
How is, when u get a call u have to receive it through phone not with steering button. Same way for outgoing calls from jio sims. If u use steering button as usually, it won't work. I hope it may be useful info...

 

i have been trying to update the blue and me. with v 5.5 and 5.6 i am getting config error. Then I edited the BMconf file and added Grande Punto in the car type and uploaded the file and I got v 10 update. Tried to update to v 10 and I am getting usb error 10. Mine is a second generation blue and me but after uploading the BMconf file it shows update for first generation only.



Don't know what to do. I am trying to update the blue&me as my odo meter is blinking and the MID has turned 80% black

I don't remember updating my Blue and Me S/W since ages...Never used to listen to a lot of music while driving. Now, when I connect my iphone through USB and try to play songs from amazon music, it works intermittently. First day it was working fine and the next.. no success even after multiple tries.
Went through this tread and the link to download the latest S/W, but that page is not available. Mine is a 2012 Punto. Don't even know the version of S/W. Can anyone help here and let me know what could solve this?

You need to use desktop laptop for downloading the folder and unzip the file. I tried to upload the zip file, but the size is too large for uploading. You can pm me your email address in case you need the zip file.
These are the only 2 files I'm able to upload.
