I too bought Blue&Me Media Adaptor through ebay.co.uk from the UK. It works fine with Blue&Me v5.4.11. Our iPod gets simultaneously charged while playing. I haven't felt the need to upgrade to v5.5. I read from Kapil's message that if you upgrade to v5.5, then Blue&Me Media Adaptor may not be required as it takes care of iPhone/iPod connectivity. Please see here for more information.

Thanks Ravi, Arishi for quick reply.

What i am assuming is after adaptor we can operate our Ipod as usual (selecting tracks etc from Ipod interface) and it gets charged also? Meanwhile which ipod are you using? I am having a 30GB Video Ipod (5th generation). Hope this works well with this also.
I am getting that adaptor in around 63 pounds from FIAT website. Pls let me know if i can get a better deal from anywherre else. How much did it cost to you?

Yes, deepakmittal, you can operate your iPod as usual making it play your favourite number while it gets charged simultaneously. Please see the link of partsworld-uk from whome I purchased at the same price. However, the description does not include fifth generation iPod. Please check it with the seller before placing your order. I am also posting some photographs.

Deepak with ebay, you need to check the vendor rating, vendor details and what fail safe options they have, like payment via paypal or something like that. I have bought stuff from this vendor in ebay UK and have a good experience from him (http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/partsworld-uk/) Let me know if this helps.

I purchased Fiat logo keyring and Fiat Blue&Me Media Adaptor from partsworld-uk, who is a top-rated seller in ebay.co.uk. I am fully satisfied with these transactions. I would advise transactions with the top-rated sellers only, although bit costlier, but you will have peace of mind at the end of the day.

    Hi Ravi, Arishi

    Thanks again for help..

I have ordered that for 49 pound (talked to dealer in UK and he gave me discount of 5 pounds). He is also a top seller on eBay UK. 1 thing i want to ask is there any way to keep the ipod outside glovebox while connected? I mean to say can we close the glovebox with wire in between?
