black smoke from silencer!!!!

    yes guruji (gurjinder) the black smoke in the linea is due to flooring the pedal bfore the turbocharger starts spinning.

    anyway the samething in a swift euro3 or verna euro3 doesnt lead to much smoke but even swift and verna euro 4 vehicles leave lots of smoke when the pedal is floored, just checked last evening both my friends cars.

    Slight correction.

    The turbo is spinning even at idling. It is only at higher rpm's that it attains the high speeds to produce useable/peak boost.

    Our MJD turbos are very silent. The turbo in our Toyota diesel produces a sweet sounding turbo whistle when it reaches its high rotation speeds at high rpm's.
