I remember seeing a Kava auto at Opera House, are you talking about the same one?

The only way these thieves swiftly flicks these logos is by inserting a screw driver in the peripheral openings/ edges of the logo & just flicking it after inserting the screw driver. If you deny them any opening to insert the screw driver, what most can they do? Nothing. On my Linea's rear logo, I can see several attempts on the Chrome border of the logo. At several places, there are marks of screw driver being tried but because of araldite layer in the groove, the attempts were unsuccessful. There are small areas from where araldite layer is peeled off from chrome border due to such attempts but not from the groove & still there is no opening for screw driver.

It has been 8-9 months, I thing, and the Logo's are still there ::D

Thank god logo doesn't get stollen in Chandigarh. Thieves have stolen my indicators on fender from Big Bazaar parking lot :punch
I wonder where the thieves get ideas to steal such things.

I'm very much confused after reading the thread title and your post! Are you referring to the 'Fiat Badge' or the 'Punto' badge?

We had spent Rs.650 for replacing the rear 'Fiat' badge. How come you spent spent 2k for replacing the 'Fiat' badge twice?

I do not think that is a good idea! The thieves will completely screw up the paint job trying to remove the logo! :A

This statement itself is a big stimulus for the thieves to steal the logo and sell them at lower prices in the chor bazaar.
Have a look at VahanPujari's jugaad method.

    Some facts:
    - Every logo thief in Mumbai knows about his car by now.
    - Logo thieves hold their weekly meet and discuss new ways of stealing his logo.
    - They organize competitions where they try to steal his car's logo.
    - In the end, they get frustrated and discuss his jugaad over their drinking session.
