Battle against Logo-thieves !!! Winning...Till Now

What is the actual price of a FIAT logo genuine from the dealership? I have mine stolen. Seems like this activity has picked up in even Delhi.

In bombay logo chori is rampant.I always try to park my Linea in a place where there r people around and no problem in my parking LOT AS SECURITY GOOD. So touch wood still not the victim of these petty thieves.Take care guys car looks lacking with out these logos

 

My front long got stolen within a month from bandra paid parking. I checked with TASS( fortune nerul) they do not have stock for the last 1 month, front logo costs 745 bucks for linea.
When i checked my rear logo, it is loose and prone to theft, i liked the idea of putting araldite.

Guys !!! let us not buy the logos from the market, we are promoting the theft right !! let us buy from TASS and fix it it with araldite forever.

 

I got my Punto's front logo stolen from my office under ground parking lot. My office is in Magarpatta city, Pune which boasts of "tight' security. There are lots of cabs and drivers hanging around over there.

Called Pandit Auto and the cost is Rs 650. Have placed the order and expected delivery is around 30th Dec.

 

Last Saturday, I purchased the front logo of my Linea for Rs 642/- from Fortune Cars, Nerul. I used Araldilte to fix it. My objective was to fill the grooves at the periphery, It fitted well, let me see how long it lasts. I found that the rear logo is also loose, I did not want to pull it out fearing it may break, Iapplied Araldite there also using very fine tip. After doing this I realized I could have done better job using a small syringe without needles. Hope this idea helps others, who intend to do it.

 

My biggest worry to use araldite is that these rascals won't mind ripping your metal to take off that logo.

 

GUys , just a reminder , theres a dealer in mumbai , called Kava automobiles , he sells genuine fiat accessories . Last time someone had ordered a pair of logo for approx 450 including shipping . I think Grandeur might have their contact info . They also have alloys and lot of other stuff . M ost of you might want to get in touch with the Kava guys for cheap accessories .
